When faced with a deadline we delivered!

The Vale of Glamorgan Ale Trail is on the 7th September featuring The Cross Inn, Cowbridge.

The prospective new owners wanted to be up and running in readiness for the event.

This was the challenge that Action Commercial Finance was presented with as we met up with our new clients early last month.

The importance of securing a lender and legal team with a “can do” approach was essential. We fully utilising our experience and knowledge in pre-empting obstacles and solutions which are commonplace in Commercial Property purchases.

Just 17 working days later, with Paul Burnett and his team at Nat West providing exceptional service, The Cross Inn Cowbridge now have new owners and are ready to transform this pub and restaurant with their passion, ideas and hard work.

We wish Heather and Tom the very best of luck with their new venture and we know it will be a huge success.
